Join us for a great opportunity and fun-filled weekend to explore and experience a full immersion into the unique and particular Regional Italian foods, flavors, wines & traditions at the Gateways Inn, our New England Country Inn, in Lenox, Ma.

Our Italian Cooking School Weekend Programs Offer Flexibility in Participation. We devote our Full Weekend to the Regional Cooking Program. Guests are welcome to sign on for One Full Day, or One Day and a Half, or a Full Weekend. 

Programs of the Cooking School Weekend:

Part-Weekend Programs Are:
#1- Arrival Friday for Friday Evening & Saturday Whole Day/Evening Program. Departure after Breakfast on Sunday.
Or
#2- Arrival Saturday for Whole Day/Evening Program. Departure after Breakfast on Sunday.
Or
#3- Arrival Saturday for Whole Day/Evening Program. Sunday Morning Program, and Departure after Lunch on Sunday. 

Full Weekend:
- Friday Arrival- Benvenutto! Welcome Aperitivo or Prosecco!
- Relaxing, Intimate (or possibly, Group) Dinner in La Terrazza Dining Room.   
- Saturday: Breakfast – anytime from 8:30-10:00
- Cooking Class: 10:30 Morning Cooking Program / 1:30-2:30 – Group Lunch  
- 3:30- 6:30 Afternoon Cooking Program
- 7:30 – Group Dinner
- Sunday: Breakfast –anytime from 8:30-10:00
- Cooking Class: 11:00 Morning Cooking Program/ 1:00-2:00 Lunch
- Arrivederci! Departure after Lunch.

Part-Weekend Program #1:
$185* per person for Friday Dinner, Saturday Whole Day/Evening;
$135* for persons that want to participate in meals, but not cooking sessions.

Part-Weekend Program #2
$135* per person for Saturday Whole Day/Evening;
$85* for persons that want to participate in meals, but not cooking sessions.

Part-Weekend Program #3
$190* per person for Saturday Whole Day/Evening, Sunday Lunch;
$110* for persons that want to participate in meals, but not cooking sessions.

Full Weekend Program
$240* per person for Full Weekend Participation;
$160* for persons that want to participate in meals, but not cooking sessions.

*Plus Taxes & Rooms Stay. Does not include any wines or bar drinks.


Program Includes:
– Hands-on Cooking Classes with Innkeeper Chef Rosemary Chiariello.
– One or Two 3-Hour Morning Sessions.
– 3- Hour Afternoon Session – with Coffee/Beverage Break.
– Group Lunch or Lunches- featuring the items prepared in the morning session.  
– Group Dinner-featuring the menu prepared in the afternoon session.
– Souvenir Apron
