Your culinary experience begins on Friday with a meet and greet social hour at 6p.m. followed by a group dinner with wine in our restaurant at 7 p.m. On Saturday morning enjoy our full breakfast at 9a.m. to fill your body and spirit before entering the kitchen to begin your culinary immersion. From 10:30-1:00 you’ll don your aprons and roll up your sleeves to start chopping, slicing and dicing as you prepare the first of 2 themed meals of the weekend. When you are done, sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor for a gourmet lunch. Your next culinary adventure begins at 3:30 when you will begin your dinner menu preparation. You will then sit together at 7:30 to enjoy the gourmet dinner you helped prepare, accompanied by wine. Sunday will be bittersweet with departure at 11:00 after a farewell breakfast.
Packages include a two night stay in the room of your choice, breakfast each morning, lunch on Saturday, dinner each night with wine, culinary class, apron, notebook and recipes to take home, all taxes and gratuities.
