Cancellation Policy 

Quoted rate based on double occupancy; does not include taxes (11.7%) and gratuities (5%). There is an additional charge for extra room occupants. Please be informed that smoking is not permitted in any part of the building.

Check-in time is between 3:00 and 9:00 p.m. Check-out by 11:00 a.m. Please let us know if you will be arriving later than 9:00 p.m.

To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit per room is required. Deposits will be forfeited if guest arrives after confirmed arrival date or departs before final day of reservation. In the event of no show, 100% of the room charge for the entire period reserved will be debited.

When given at least three weeks' notice of cancellation, we will refund your deposit less a 10% processing fee .

If less than three weeks' notice is given, only in the event we are able to rebook the room for the same period will we issue a gift certificate that is equal to 80% of the deposit. The certificate can be used toward another visit.

If the cancellation is given within the last 48 hours, and we are unable to rebook the room for the same period, the guest is responsible for the entire period for which the room was reserved.
